Happy New Year! This was the month of panic for me. I ended my internship at The Muskegon Chronicle/MLive.com on January 26th to begin my nomadic journey in Europe. Along with working full time I spent the majority of my month trying to plan where we will be visiting and how we will possibly begin to afford this trip. Thankfully, MacKenzie, my boyfriend, is the easy-going, need no plans, it will all work itself out, guy. It has been such an honor to come back to Michigan to work, in Muskegon. To continue my journalistic journey in Michigan, I will be the summer intern at The Flint Journal/MLive.com when I return from Europe in June 2017!
